  • Can I rent more than one bike at a time?
    Sorry, but only one bike rental per phone!
  • How long can I rent a Geaux bike?
    We currently offer hourly rentals that are broken down in 30 minute increments. Bikes can be rented for up to 12 hours. If after 24 hours the bike has not been returned, it will be considered lost or stolen and the credit card on your account will be charged a $2,500 replacement fee. Nobody likes excess fees, so bring that bike back! **See Terms & Conditions for more details.
  • Where can I ride my Geaux bike?
    You can ride your bike anywhere within the geofenced area shown on your Bloom Sharing app. As we grow, so will our riding areas, so spread the word about Geaux Bikes to ride farther!
  • Where can I return my bike?
    To avoid a redocking fee ($25) or relocating fee ($50) your bike should be returned to a Geaux Bikes rack at the end of your ride. A REDOCKING FEE occurs if your ride is ended inside the approved geofenced riding areas, but not returned to a designated Geaux Bikes rack. a RELOCATING FEE occurs if your ride is ended outside of the approved geofenced riding area. **See Terms & Conditions for more details.
  • How old do I have to be to rent a bike?
    While we are sure your toddler would love to rent a bike, all Geaux Bikes users must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Oh no! My bike has been lost or stolen...now what?
    Contact us right away. We hate charging fees just as much as you hate paying them, so we will always attempt to locate your bike first. If we can't locate your bike, you are responsible for the $2,500 replacement cost and the credit/debit card on file will be charged. **See Terms & Conditions for more details.
  • Can I pause my ride?
    You sure can! Pausing allows you to take a break in your ride without ending the rental period. Simply open your app, press the "Stop" button, and swipe within 5 second to pause your ride, and lock your back tire. Pausing will lock the bike, but please note that you will still be charged the normal rental price during the paused period. To resume your ride, open your app and press the "Play" button to unlock the back tire.
  • Can I reserve a bike ahead of time?
    Geaux Bikes does not allow reservations at this time and all bikes are rented on a "first come, first served" basis.
  • Are helmets provided?
    No, Geaux Bikes does not provide helmets at this time but we strongly encourage all riders to wear one! Georgia law requires all riders under the age of 16 to wear a helmet when biking.
